We are seeking a labor advisor for our Vilanova i la Geltrú office, in an on-site model. **Your mission will be**: To help us revolutionize and evolve the advisory sector by delivering high-quality personalized service to self-employed individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises, supported by an outstanding, intuitive digital platform enabling clients to automate part of traditional processes. **Your main daily responsibilities will include**: * Full payroll cycle management (incident entry, IRPF and payroll calculations, social security contributions (Siltra, Sistema RED), preparation of income tax and non-resident tax returns (forms 111, 190, 216, and 296), CRA file submissions). * Management of sick leaves and registrations/deregistrations related to temporary incapacity (IT), work-related accidents, and maternity/paternity leave and childcare leave. * Completion of INE surveys and Ministry of Labor questionnaires. * Absenteeism management, dealings with official bodies, and unemployment certificate processing. * Employee hiring, registration, and deregistration. * Contract registration (contrat@). * Resolution of labor-related issues arising from daily business operations and payroll processing. **Other aspects of your daily work—not tasks per se**: * Open, communicative, and people-centered corporate culture. * Working alongside fantastic colleagues like yourself—people from whom to learn, with whom to celebrate achievements, and with whom to grow. * Stability—no worries about the future.
