· Leadership in staff selection, organizational planning, and budgetary oversight.

· Table service and food and beverage service

· Coffee preparation and draft beer service

· Order billing management

· Direct support to the chef in various kitchen tasks

· In charge of the dessert section, ensuring quality and presentation

· Manages medium-voltage/low-voltage (MV/LV) network maintenance and operation

· Controls budget and comprehensive execution of construction works

· Resolves faults and coordinates with authorities and entities

· Full-cycle reservation management and occupancy optimization

· Personalized customer service and close collaboration with management in a family-like atmosphere
