Description

The production operator position is fundamental in the industrial environment, where responsibilities encompass a broad range of key tasks essential to maintaining efficiency and quality throughout manufacturing processes. Core duties include active participation in the production line—from initial manufacturing stages through to final product inspection and verification—ensuring compliance with established standards. Additionally, industrial cleaning tasks are required to maintain a safe working environment and meet hygiene regulations, which is essential in any production plant. Other important responsibilities include supplying raw materials to machinery—an activity demanding meticulous attention to prevent workflow interruptions—as well as labeling tasks that ensure accurate product identification. Monitoring equipment operation and managing format changes are also integral components of this role, contributing to the optimization of production processes. This position demands a high level of commitment and adaptability, particularly in dynamic environments where coordination and teamwork are crucial to achieving production targets and sustaining consistent quality across all stages of the industrial process. A gross hourly wage of 11.77 euros is offered, with immediate commencement and a minimum employment duration of one month, extendable depending on company needs. The work schedule is full-time, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, each lasting eight hours during morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including legally mandated rest periods. Furthermore, training is provided during the first weeks to facilitate adaptation to the role, and professional development and career growth within the organization are actively encouraged. A medium or higher vocational qualification—or demonstrable experience in industrial or similar environments—is required, including at least one year of sector-specific experience. Holding a valid forklift operator license is considered an advantage, as is residing in San Vicente de Alcántara or its surrounding areas to facilitate commuting. Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday is an indispensable requirement to meet the operational needs of the production plant.
