




**Logistics Warehouse Manager** **Nestlé Waters Factory \- Herrera del Duque (Badajoz)** Flexible working hours \- full-time position **Main purpose of the position** * + Responsible for the physical operations of the factory warehouse, managing the forklift team and ensuring compliance with established processes. Also, identify and manage efficiency opportunities in warehouse management to meet organizational objectives in terms of Quality, Safety, Service and Cost Functions and responsibilities * + Responsible for the forklift team + Responsible for compliance with internal standards and processes + Responsible for optimization of processes and internal performance indicators within their area of control + Participation in internal operational meetings at the factory and with central office teams. + Identification of improvement areas and opportunities regarding Safety, Quality, Order and Cleanliness. Creation of KPIs, monitoring and control. + Team training during introduction of new processes and production equipment, configuration of process documentation**.** + Participation in warehouse audits, and proactive leadership in closing non-conformities and necessary action plans **What experiences are key to success in this role?** Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Technology Sciences or similar * + A Master’s degree specializing in Logistics, Lean Management or experience in a similar role is desirable. + 2 years of experience in warehouse management and people management + Team management skills and passion for achieving results with a high level of commitment and service + Proficiency in Office software + Interest in new technologies and digitalization applied to Logistics + Curiosity and orientation towards continuous learning + English language conversational ability **Working at Nestlé** **We are Nestlé, the world’s leading food and beverage company.
