You’ll be excited to explore how AI can help us personalize messages, create more relevant content, and become more efficient. * Think in data: You enjoy reviewing metrics, tagging events, analyzing funnels, and building reports that support decision-making (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.). PROJECT HS COORDINATOR

From NEGRATIN, a company with over 26 years of professional experience in the renewable energy and installations sector, we are seeking a PRL Manager to work on a major Installation project located in Badajoz. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the implementation of safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations (management system) on the project. * Define and approve specific safety plans tailored to the project's activities and particular risks. * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical support to the PRL team. * Conduct internal safety and health audits: inspect and evaluate safety actions within the project. * Lead investigations into serious accidents and incidents: coordinate investigations, analyze root causes, and propose corrective measures. * Participate in meetings with Project Management and site supervisors, providing reports and recommendations. * Act as the main contact point and coordinate official visits and inspections. * Plan and conduct specific training sessions for workers and contractors. * Establish preventive measures for high-risk activities. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations by contractors and subcontractors. REQUIREMENTS * Qualification: Advanced Technician in Occupational Health and Safety, with experience in construction. * Master's Degree/Postgraduate studies. * Valid PRL certifications.

We are currently seeking to hire a LEGAL TECHNICIAN in Badajoz, to join our Legal Department, which consists of three areas: * Regulatory compliance * Occupational Risk Prevention advisory * Legal proceedings The selected candidate will rotate through the three areas, with a primary focus on the Occupational Risk Prevention advisory area, participating in: * Drafting legal reports on occupational risk prevention matters. * Reviewing legal and technical-preventive documentation. * Supporting the management of procedures and incidents related to workplace accidents. * Assisting in drafting legal submissions, documents, and regulatory-legal analysis. * Cross-functional support tasks in regulatory compliance projects and the company's legal processes. We are looking for a dynamic profile with legal analytical skills and a vocation for occupational risk prevention, who wishes to grow within a solid and expanding project. Requirements \- University degree in Law. * Specific training in occupational risk prevention, compliance, data protection, or labor/commercial law will be valued. * Previous experience in legal advisory services, law firms, or prevention services will be considered an asset. * Advanced proficiency in office tools and digital environments. * Desirable: English language skills, training in new technologies and AI. * Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
