Specifically, for our Supervised Housing Almendralejo program, we are looking for two Educators/Monitors to carry out the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: Welcome, engage, and integrate service users into the resource and the psychosocial rehabilitation process. Support service users in activities promoting autonomy, self-care, and daily living, thereby enhancing their functioning and quality of life. Assist with domestic tasks and promote autonomy in this area. Accompany, support, and supervise service users during training sessions and activities within the community environment, as well as in the use of community resources. Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement plans. Perform any other duties required to ensure the proper functioning of the resource and the well-being of service users. Required Qualifications: Higher Vocational Training Degree (FP) in Social Integration; university degrees (e.g., Social Education, Occupational Therapy) will be considered favorably. Offered: Temporary contract from December 17 to January 16, covering vacation leave. Salary according to collective agreement. Shift-based work schedule.
