The role's mission is to ensure proper second-level incident management and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the Vítaly digital ecosystem (Workspace and App). Act as a bridge between the contact center, the technology provider, and the product team, ensuring detected issues are effectively managed, documented, and transformed into sustainable improvements. Requirements WE REQUIRE: Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FP II) in: * Network Computer Systems Administration or similar. * Multiplatform Application Development. Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Engineering. Technical Telecommunications Engineering or similar. * Additional training (desirable): Certifications in service or process management: Scrum, Kanban. Basic software testing certification. Courses or experience in process analysis and continuous improvement. * Experience in functional support, incident management, or process analysis in SaaS or enterprise software environments. * Advanced digital skills. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools. * Experience in report writing and data analysis.
