Become one of our Nurses at Fresenius Medical Care We are looking for a detail-oriented nurse to deliver and prescribe treatments to renal patients using standard therapy and hemodiafiltration. As a key member of our nursing team, you will follow protocols and guidelines aimed at providing patient care of the highest quality. Your responsibilities as a Nurse: * Patient assessment and care: Patient evaluation, including vascular access, main parameters for assessing disconnection, and ensuring comprehensive care. * Treatment preparation and administration: Preparation of treatment monitors and materials; lead intra\- and post\-dialysis procedures, ensuring quality and safety during extraction. * Documentation and reporting: Document and report clinical data and nursing actions according to company systems. * Patient communication: Advise patients on diet, fistula care, medication, and communicate with family members when necessary. * Compliance and Quality (Quality and Compliance): Participate in improving actions and their performance within corporate and legal protocols. * Training and Development: Complete required company training and courses. We are looking for nurses with: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing * No prior experience required * Knowledge in nephrology and dialysis * Patient-centered care orientation.
