To **proactively identify and report suggestions, non-conformities, risks**, etc., detected in the work area. Maintain the environment, equipment, and work materials in excellent condition so that healthcare processes can be properly carried out. Comply with applicable procedures and work instructions in your processes, including occupational health and safety regulations. Complete all necessary records in the course of your work. **Humanizing care: Personalized treatment and attention.** Promote **effective interdepartmental working relationships** and work effectively as a team member to help achieve departmental goals and objectives.
