Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure machinery operation, lead preventive maintenance activities, and promote continuous improvement within an industrial environment. Indefinite-term contract We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with experience in industrial environments, technical team management, and collaboration with Quality and Production departments. Your mission will be to ensure proper machinery operation, lead preventive maintenance, and promote continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities. * Coordinate and lead the maintenance technicians team. * Manage incidents, breakdowns, and technical stoppages, ensuring minimal impact on production. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new production lines or equipment. * Monitor budgets, spare parts procurement, and supplier relations. * Collaborate with Quality and Production departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical Engineering degree, Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior), or equivalent qualification (mechanical, electrical, or industrial). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in the food industry or similar sectors). * Demonstrable experience in technical team management. * Knowledge of quality systems, occupational safety, and industrial regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and incident-resolution capabilities. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Stable employment in a growing company. * Indefinite-term contract with an initial adaptation period. * Full-time position with either an intensive schedule or shift work, depending on plant requirements. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and professional value. * Positive work environment and professional development opportunities within an established industrial setting.
