This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a challenging project and support the growth and success of our platform. **Kronis** is Europe’s first SaaS solution designed to streamline administrative and management tasks related to European R\+D\+i grants.#### **Your Responsibilities** * **Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team** to design, develop, and maintain software applications aligned with Sploro’s business objectives and technical requirements. * **Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.** * **Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and bug resolution** to ensure high-quality software delivery. * **Work closely with the Tech Lead** to standardize software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, introducing industry best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve delivery and optimize development workflows. * **Establish and promote coding standards, guidelines, and best practices** within the development team to ensure code consistency, maintainability, and scalability. * **Mentor and guide less-experienced developers**, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and adherence to established coding practices. #### **Your Profile** **Minimum Requirements:*** **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science**, with specialization in Software Engineering. * **Interest in Sploro’s business model.** * **Minimum 4\-5 years of professional software development experience**, with strong proficiency in **Python** (preferably). * **At least 3 years of product development experience**, either in a startup or outsourcing environment, with a proven track record of working on the same project throughout that period. * **Willingness and ability to work with legacy codebases**, as well as to write **maintainable code for both testing and production environments.** * **Intermediate\-to\-advanced English proficiency.** **Practical experience in the following areas will be highly valued:*** **Django** or **FastAPI** frameworks * **Amazon Web Services** and cloud deployments * **Domain\-Driven Design (DDD)** – although we haven’t adopted it yet, your expertise would be extremely helpful! * **Event\-driven architectures** – we’re just beginning this journey and want you to be part of it. #### **Who We Are** **Sploro** is an Esperanto word meaning *exploration*.
