In addition, we have a large team of experts and professionals who have an in\-depth knowledge of our customers' needs. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** You will professionally develop in this role with the following mission: Supporting people with diabetes throughout their training process, guaranteeing acquisition of the necessary knowledge for managing their diabetes and ensuring that this knowledge translates into improved self-care and quality of life. Key responsibilities include: \- Training patients on the use of advanced diabetes technologies * Collecting relevant information associated with the training process \- Following up with patients to verify appropriate use of advanced diabetes technologies \- Continuously updating patient records after follow-up \- Collaborating in the development of diabetes service offerings Once the service offering is implemented, broader responsibilities will include diabetic education for patients, monitoring their progress, triage, management of alerts generated by the telemonitoring platform, and application of established referral and intervention criteria per protocol, as well as verification of adherence to assigned action plans. \#LI\-JD1 **Are you a MATCH?** You will be the ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements: * University degree: Nursing Degree (DUE) or Bachelor's in Nursing \- Minimum four years of professional nursing experience.
