We are looking for a Lead/Manager for Deloitte Digital’s Product Design, User Experience, and Content Design department. With a minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital projects and ideally with AA accessibility experience. Must have managed medium- or large-sized teams for at least 5 years. We would also like you to possess cross-disciplinary design skills: user flows, visual design, user testing, design systems, design thinking, CRO, etc. You must have a high level of English and be passionate about the digital and design world in all its facets—branding, AR, VR, offline design, typography, color, layout, UX storytelling, digital marketing, etc. You should be capable of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously and directly managing client relationships. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing teams. Knowledge of best practices in accessibility and usability. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Capability to conceptualize and design exceptional experiences focused on profitability and programming feasibility. Familiarity with and ability to apply methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile. Ability to define information architectures, user flows, wireframes, visual design, design systems, navigable prototypes, user testing, and documentation and testing of digital products. Awareness of current design and visual interaction trends. Experience analyzing websites and apps regarding user experience and business models. Ability to conduct user tests in diverse contexts. Experience integrating and documenting accessibility within projects. Leadership experience managing teams of at least three people. Fluent English.
