The candidate will participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: from proposal preparation, requirements analysis, planning, and coordination with clients and agencies, to technical supervision and final delivery. The selected individual will join a multidisciplinary team, working closely with engineering and operations, and will have direct interaction with clients, suppliers, and authorities. **Main Responsibilities** * Full technical management of UAV projects from proposal to delivery. * Preparation and development of technical\-economic proposals. * Analysis of project requirements and communication to the technical team. Interaction with manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Management of factory acceptance tests for hardware and software. * Logistics management of equipment to the project execution site. * Direct client communication throughout the entire project execution. * Monitoring and planning of project execution. * Tracking of pending tasks and required actions per project. * Monitoring of billing milestones in coordination with the administrative department. * Technical support and coordination with development, systems, and commissioning leads. **Optional / Desirable:** * Definition, implementation, and monitoring of project quality plans. * Creation and maintenance of regulatory compliance documentation (AESA/EASA). * Development and validation of SORA and operational safety assessments. * Support during internal and external quality and safety audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications, Industrial, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in technical project management within UAVs or technological systems. * Experience in client, supplier, and agency communication. **Conditions** * Full-time permanent contract. * Location: Head offices in Mutilva (Navarra). * Hybrid work model with flexible hours. * Professional training and development plan. * Competitive salary according to candidate qualifications.
