Job Summary: We are seeking a social educator to organize and supervise center dynamics, coordinate teams, and ensure follow-up of training and community activities while managing incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and supervision of center dynamics and daily programming. 2. Team coordination and incident management. 3. Support in individual plans and operational decision-making. We are looking for personnel for the position of social educator in Sangüesa/Zangoza. Duties include organizing and supervising center dynamics during the shift, ensuring compliance with daily programming, coordinating the on-site team (educators, assistants, etc.), ensuring follow-up of training, employment, and community activities, supervising coexistence, managing incidents, facilitating communication between shifts, supporting reference educators in individual plans, and making operational decisions in response to unforeseen events. Working hours are Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 15:00 to 22:30, with possible additional hours depending on service needs.
