We are currently seeking **FIELD / OFFICE TECHNICAL SURVEYORS** to execute major national and international civil engineering projects—primarily located in MADRID.
· Work will be conducted primarily on-site, under the direction and supervision of the Surveying Manager.
· Topographic Surveys: conducting precise land measurements using equipment such as total stations, GPS, levels, and theodolites.
· Preparation of Plans and Maps: creating topographic maps and detailed site plans; interpreting data to represent the geography of the surveyed area.
· Construction Setting-Out: defining and marking key points on-site for construction; verifying that constructions comply with drawings and technical specifications.
· Construction Control and Monitoring: supervising and controlling construction works to ensure accuracy and quality; preparing periodic progress reports and compliance assessments.
· Data Analysis: processing topographic data to generate useful information; utilizing specialized software for data analysis and presentation.
· Feasibility Studies and Planning: conducting technical and economic feasibility studies for construction projects; supporting infrastructure project planning and design.
· Project Management: coordinating and leading surveying project teams; managing timelines, resources, and project budgets.
· Consulting and Advisory Services: providing technical advice to other professionals and organizations on surveying-related matters; collaborating in technical and strategic decision-making for engineering and construction projects.
