**Initiatives Graduate Engineer** We are looking for an Initiatives Graduate Engineer to provide technical support to the Initiatives and product development area. **What will be your main responsibilities?** As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of projects related to the production process, carried out within a multidisciplinary team, actively collaborating with both product experts and process technology specialists. In these projects, engineering principles will be applied to solve or improve parts of the production process. Performing various activities allows putting into practice Essity's continuous improvement methodologies, enabling the junior engineer to participate with innovation teams while assuming and practicing various leadership roles in a professional environment. Project objectives are supervised and supported by the factory management as initiatives aligned with achieving Essity Allo’s global goals.
