Your main responsibilities will include: * **Picking:** Efficiently and accurately prepare orders by following established procedures. You must include personalized samples, consistently conveying our brand's essence and values. * **Packing:** This is the final step before the order reaches our customers, and we want it to be special. Package our products (many of them *naked*, without packaging) using sustainable materials such as *ecoflo*, and ensure each package reflects the care and philosophy of Jolasak. * **Team coordination:** Constant communication with the rest of the Fulfilment team is essential. We work in a chain, so effective coordination and a collaborative spirit will keep everything running smoothly. * **Process attention:** Stay informed about each stage of the order within the distribution center.
