Job Summary: A professional who supports children and adolescents in their educational programs, ensures their comprehensive protection, and serves as an emotional reference and behavioral role model to foster their autonomy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support children and adolescents in individualized educational programs. 2. Ensure the comprehensive protection and emotional well-being of minors. 3. Promote personal and social autonomy, acting as an emotional reference. The primary role involves supporting children, girls, and adolescents in developing their Individualized Educational Programs, working closely with other professionals. Detailed records of daily interventions must be maintained in a tracking journal, and key information must be shared to ensure continuity of support during shift changes. Additionally, it is essential to ensure the care and comprehensive protection of minors both inside and outside the facilities. This includes identifying their needs—whether material or emotional—and implementing necessary actions to meet them. The professional is expected to serve as an emotional reference, providing a secure emotional environment where each child or adolescent feels validated and valued. They will also act as a behavioral role model and guide in adopting social roles that facilitate integration into society. Fostering personal and social autonomy will be another key objective. In the case of foreign minors and youth, aspects such as language learning, administrative regularization, community integration, and socio-laboral promotion will be addressed. The role may also involve appearing before judicial proceedings, if required. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
