Key responsibilities include directly and personally attending to customers to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. Clear communication and an empathetic attitude are essential to understand each customer’s needs and consistently deliver friendly, professional service. It also involves advising customers on products—explaining their uses and benefits—and recommending the most suitable items for individual needs. This requires thorough knowledge of merchandise and maintaining smooth, trust-building dialogue. Additionally, staff support restocking activities and basic inventory control—monitoring stock levels, replenishing shelves and displays—and assist with receiving deliveries to ensure the store remains fully stocked. Finally, staff must maintain the store’s order and cleanliness, ensuring sales and circulation areas remain in optimal condition. This includes visual merchandising, correct labeling, and attractive product presentation—creating a pleasant, professional environment that makes customers feel comfortable. The contract is temporary and part-time. At least one year of prior experience in retail or fashion is required and considered highly valuable for this role. Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and a strong service orientation focused on customer satisfaction are mandatory.
