




Job Summary: We are seeking a speech therapist for a community project, residential care facility, and day center, with responsibilities including detection, assessment, and intervention for communication and swallowing difficulties in older adults. Coordination with a multidisciplinary team using a person-centered approach We are seeking a speech therapist for a community project as well as for a residential care facility and day center. Main responsibilities will include detection and assessment of communication, language, and swallowing difficulties in older adults, both in their homes and in community settings. Individualized interventions will also be carried out, and personalized guidelines will be designed for each individual. Counseling and training will be provided to family members and caregivers, along with coordination with the multidisciplinary team for case follow-up. In the residential care facility and day center, tasks will include speech therapy assessment and follow-up, intervention for various disorders, and formulation of recommendations for safe feeding and functional communication. Support will be provided to the professional team and guidance offered to families, all within a person-centered framework. Working hours will be full-time, with schedule to be determined. Work will be conducted on a continuous shift basis, including one or two afternoons per week. Friday afternoons will rotate, with participation every six weeks. **Professional Experience:** No experience required **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy.
