We need to incorporate security personnel for one of our centers. We are looking for a discreet person with experience in security. Knowledge of self-defense and experience working with minors or psychiatric units is desirable. Physically restrain minors when they display dangerous or defiant behavior, either towards their own physical integrity or that of their peers or staff members at the center, always acting in their best interest and for their own protection. * Continuously supervise the facilities to prevent possible interventions in situations of violence. * Collaborate with educators, following protocol, to ensure coexistence is not disrupted. * Conduct searches of minors and their belongings to prevent them from possessing prohibited tools, objects, or substances. * Control access to the center, allowing only authorized personnel to enter. * Record daily incidents in the corresponding report. * Supervise family visits as established by the social worker. * Ensure proper compliance with data protection laws throughout the project. * Perform perimeter patrols of the facilities. **Schedule:** Morning/afternoon/night shifts with breaks established by law **Working hours:** Full-time **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Possession of the TIP (Private Security License) is desirable
