AQUOS HUMAN CONSULTING SL is recruiting a Production Shift Manager for a major food company in the meat processing sector located in Ripollet (Barcelona). ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ➢ Monitor and achieve planned production, productivity, quality, and cost objectives. ➢ Lead the shift team. ➢ Manage and resolve incidents that may arise to prevent disruptions to the manufacturing process during the shift. ➢ Ensure compliance with quality standards. ➢ Ensure compliance with safety, order, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, personnel organization, and factory organization during the shift. ➢ Supervise optimal operation of facilities, equipment, tools, plant work areas, and any issues arising from daily production activities. ➢ Promote continuous improvement projects. REQUIREMENTS ▪ Minimum education: Higher Technician qualification. Desirable: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Food Industry Processes and Quality. Knowledge of manufacturing processes. ▪ Minimum experience: Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience in a similar role within the meat processing industry. ▪ Specific knowledge: Intermediate level of office software proficiency. Experience in implementing and monitoring HACCP. Team management.
