At PROMAN Spain, we are seeking a crane operator/machine operator for a well-known industrial recycling company located in **Noáin (Navarre)**. The selected candidate will be responsible for **loading and unloading material** onto trucks and railcars using **loading cranes, OCTOPUS CRANE, AND MAGNETIC CRANE** (fixed or mobile), **with octopus grab, electromagnet, or other equipment**, always respecting weight limits and established safety regulations. Additionally, the **crane operator** will perform **material packaging, stacking, and moving tasks**, as well as operating **fixed or mobile machinery** (shear, press, shredder, etc.) to facilitate material processing. Key responsibilities of the crane operator position include: * Load and unload material at client or company facilities. * Control truck access for unloading according to daily planning. * Collaborate with the plant supervisor in daily activity planning. * Request trucks for daily loading when authorized. * Manage associated documentation (waybills, delivery notes, work reports). * Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and store material. * Perform equipment check\-lists and report maintenance needs. * Use preventive and corrective maintenance applications (ERP). * Request and justify appropriate PPE for the crane operator role. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and required training.
