The main responsibilities will be: * Develop balanced menus, previously created and approved by a nutritionist. * Be responsible for the acquisition, handling, seasoning of food, and ensuring proper service conditions. \- Prepare food, ensuring its quality and preservation, as well as maintaining cleanliness in kitchen facilities, pantries, refrigeration/freezing appliances, kitchen utensils, and dining tableware. * Monitor kitchen HACCP controls (temperatures, sample collection, expiration dates, labeling of prepared products...) * Manage raw materials, following established procedures for disinfection, defrosting, and storage. Receive orders and supervise them when necessary. * Assist with cleaning tasks in the workplace premises and provide general domestic support. * Purchase and manage keys for linen cabinets, utensils, cleaning supplies, and other various household materials. * Ensure compliance with collective dining standards and food handling regulations.
