Along this path, we are evolving our models toward a progressively smarter, decoupled, and AI-enhanced backend—integrating advanced processing capabilities, automation, and emerging paradigms such as agent-based systems to improve software quality, maintainability, and impact. ️ What will be your impact? * Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python * Build and evolve architectures based on microservices, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and event\-driven systems * Design solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) following cloud\-native principles * Implement distributed architecture patterns, resilience, and scalability * Optimize backend system performance, observability, and reliability * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, data, platform) in agile environments Additionally, you will participate in backend evolution initiatives powered by artificial intelligence: * Development of applications integrating AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs) * Design of AI\-powered backends and agent-based systems (agentic systems / workflows) * Integration of tools such as LangChain, model APIs, and AI frameworks * Use of AI\-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, advanced assistants) * Exploration of new paradigms such as AI\-native applications Collaboration Our goal is to foster collaborative environments where people can deliver their best—working closely, sharing knowledge, and focusing on a shared objective. What are we looking for? **Although not all items are mandatory, we would ideally like you to bring:** * Minimum 3 years of backend development experience (ideally up to senior/expert level) * Solid experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) * Experience designing microservices and distributed architectures * Knowledge of REST API development (GraphQL is a plus) * Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) * Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Experience working with Git, CI/CD, and sound development practices **The following will also be viewed favorably:** * Experience with event\-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub) * Knowledge of Domain\-Driven Design (DDD) and architectural patterns * Experience with observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) * Experience integrating AI models into production * Familiarity with LLM / GenAI ecosystems (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector DBs) * Experience with RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) * Experience with agent-based systems or agentic workflows * Familiarity with AI\-assisted development / developer productivity tools * Interest in building AI\-native backend systems
