




**About the role** You will be responsible for the maintenance activities defined in your shift, within the Converting (Production) area, following the concept of preventive and predictive maintenance and solving technical problems using root cause analysis. If this is you, we would love to talk. **Job Responsibilities** * Solve technical problems within the area of responsibility. * Work on maintenance actions, such as breakdowns, and have a strong service department mindset towards operations/other departments. * Work with standards (safety, quality, Center Line, Cleaning Inspection Lubrication (CIL), etc.) and ensure the availability of standard technical documentation. * Work safely with maintenance management tools. * Perform root cause analysis for technical and process issues. * Support, suggest and implement improvements (e.g., safety, technology, processes) and ensure legal compliance in maintenance work. * Be a role model in terms of safety. **Who you are** * Higher vocational training cycle in electricity, electronics or mechatronics. * Results-oriented and customer-focused. * Functional/technical skills. * Interpretation of electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Integrity and teamwork skills. * Industrial environment experience valued. * Maintenance management software experience valued. * Experience with PLC, HMI and DRIVES handling valued. **What we offer** At Essity, we believe that every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower people to reach their full potential in a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
