**About the role** You will be responsible for feeding and operating an automatic tissue paper machine, including associated installations, controlling the various process variables and operations. If this is you, we would love to talk. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity's safety regulations. * Ensure product quality meets specifications by performing periodic tests. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards generated in the unit through DDS: SOP, CIL, Centerlining, specifications, preventive order execution (SAP), etc. * Operate the machine and supervise the process. Make adjustments according to standards when necessary, consulting with Team Leader or Line Leader. * Actively supervise and participate in format changes, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them into the machine according to established standards. * Maintain proper communication during shift handovers (previous and next shifts). * Maintain and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Participate in entering and reporting data generated during production. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who you are** * Education level: Technical training will be valued * Proven experience as Operator in roll lines * Results-oriented, experienced in continuous production processes * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Time management **Additional Information** * Shift-based work schedule * Integration into productive team * We offer a temporary contract of up to six months duration to meet a process improvement need across several of our Roll production lines, with potential for continuation on an indefinite basis depending on achieved results. **What we offer** At Essity, we believe that every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower people to reach their full potential within a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
