




**LIMAGRAIN FIELD SEEDS IBÉRICA**, an established company belonging to the international Limagrain Group, a leader in broad-acre crops specializing in research, production, and marketing of seeds, seeks a candidate for the position of: **Supply Chain MANAGER – Ref.: 25102** Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability across all crop species (cereals, maize, sunflower, rapeseed, and cotton), organizing and planning the supply chain for the productive activities of Limagrain Field Seeds’ two industrial plants located in Spain and for external partners, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements regarding quality, timing, cost, and safety. **Key Responsibilities and Functions:** * Plan and coordinate supply chain activities according to demand, respecting operational costs at Limagrain Field Seeds and associated centers. * Analyze available stock, demand, and production capacity. * Identify risks proactively to guarantee supply to both Europe and Spain, in collaboration with Quality and Industrial leads. * Inform the European Supply Chain team and Business Areas about specific supply situations (lead times, availability, etc.). * Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives for supply chain processes, regularly monitoring procurement KPIs and analyzing deviations and other issues to propose and implement action plans and improvements that ensure efficient performance. * Lead and manage the Supply Chain team (6 people), participating in team sizing decisions and developing and professionally training team members to foster internal commitment. **Requirements:** * University degree.
