Job Summary: This position involves autonomous delivery of goods using a van, managing routes and performing deliveries with support from the central team. Key Highlights: 1. The main activity is parcel delivery using a company-provided van, with a high degree of autonomy in planning the daily route within predefined parameters. The weekly working hours total 27, from Monday to Sunday, with days off assigned according to a rotating schedule. The typical shift starts around 09:00 and ends around 16:00, though timing may vary depending on the assigned route each day. Work begins at the Pereiro de Aguiar industrial park, where the van—loaded with packages for the pre-optimized route—is prepared. Deliveries are then carried out in Ourense and surrounding villages. During the shift, work is performed independently, yet coordinated with the central team to resolve any incidents, such as delays or delivery issues. No prior experience is required, as a one-day initial training session is provided covering procedures and system usage. The contract is monthly, with potential continuity based on performance and business needs. The gross hourly wage is €9.69. A proactive and solution-oriented attitude is valued to adapt to daily route changes. This is an ideal role for individuals who enjoy driving, prefer a dynamic, non-office environment, and value independence in their tasks. A valid driver’s license with at least one year of validity and a minimum of 8 points on the license is required. Candidates must have their own means of transportation to reach the workplace in Ourense daily, as the van is collected and returned at that location. Availability for a brief one-day training session and rapid onboarding is required. Prior delivery experience is not required. A responsible attitude, problem-solving ability, and commitment to assigned tasks are highly valued.
