Job Summary: Esteve Teijin is looking for a TCAE to provide specialized care and follow-up for sleep therapy treatments in their CRETA in Pamplona, focusing on personalized patient attention. Ensuring customer satisfaction (patients, medical staff) **Who Are We?** At **Esteve Teijin**, we specialize in delivering excellence in **home respiratory therapy**, providing personalized solutions and close support to improve our patients' quality of life. Additionally, we also offer in-person assistance at our Respiratory Centers (CRETA). We require a TCAE for our CRETA in **Pamplona**, to attend to and follow up on sleep treatments assigned to patients who need them. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Attend scheduled patients at our CRETA. * Provide optimal patient care, offering guidance and facilitating equipment review and monitoring, aiming to deliver personalized, high-quality service that maximizes treatment outcomes. * Administer sleep therapy according to prescriptions from referring services. * Ensure timely supply of necessary equipment, spare parts, and consumables for assigned patients, complying with established traceability procedures. * Ensure customer satisfaction (patients, medical staff) by responding to their needs in accordance with defined therapeutic protocols and processes. **What Are We Looking For?** * Vocational Training Degree in Nursing Assistance / Clinical Assistant (TCAE) * Knowledge of respiratory diseases is desirable **What Do We Offer?** * Fixed \+ variable remuneration * Temporary contract * 40-hour workweek * Working hours: 8:00–16:06 (Mon–Fri)
