Or, as we like to say: BENTELER makes it happen! **Your opportunity:** * Define, establish and control work procedures for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on plant facilities (lighting, air conditioning, compressor, etc.) * Coordinate and supervise both preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance interventions carried out by external providers on plant facilities, as well as the installation of new electrical systems, metal structures, pneumatic systems, civil works, climate systems, lighting, communications, etc. * Conduct studies on the wear and failure of production facility components (EDC) replaced due to breakdowns, in order to identify root causes. * Keep updated documentation for all plant facilities: drawings, certifications, permits, etc. * Review and approve technical documentation for newly acquired equipment and installations * Carry out COUPAS for plant facility maintenance activities * Lead projects related to installation, permitting and certification of facilities installed in production halls. Registration with Industrial Authorities. * Develop, monitor and implement improvement actions in QOS for the Technical Department. * Support operational monitoring and control tasks within the energy management system according to the ISO50001 reference standard * Apply for government subsidies related to Energy Efficiency. * Coordinate tax deductions together with the Purchasing department for the implementation of new projects or acquisition of new equipment. * Manage external maintenance contracts. * Monitor and ensure compliance with plant safety regulations and risk assessments for your position, paying special attention to required personal protective equipment, ensuring timely communication to workers under your supervision. Monitor potentially dangerous situations arising at any time and take appropriate corrective measures. * Perform Preventive Resource duties when necessary (according to criteria established in article 22 of Royal Decree 39/1997, modified by Royal Decree 604/2006) **Your personality:** * Basic education: Industrial Engineering degree. Training in SAP management system, PEU module * Specific training: electrical installation maintenance and automation programming.
