




We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks, focusing on organizing the day-to-day activities of real estate agents and the sales team. This includes full management of their schedules, ensuring that their commitments are well planned and coordinated. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the first point of contact, handling both telephone calls and in-person visitors. The goal is to provide friendly and professional service to clients and suppliers. Coordination with notaries and banks will be another key responsibility, managing the documentation and procedures required to efficiently close transactions. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining all documentation related to property sales and rentals in order.
