Job Summary: We are seeking a production supervisor for an industrial company, responsible for team coordination, production management, quality and inventory control, and coordination with maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and leadership of industrial production teams 2. End-to-end production management and quality control 3. Coordination with the maintenance department We are looking for a person to supervise production at an industrial company located in the Pamplona area. Main responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the daily production plan, organizing and leading the assigned team by assigning tasks and supervising their proper execution. You will also manage staff training in multi-skilling, identifying training needs and coordinating training activities. Additionally, you will coordinate machine stoppages—both scheduled and unscheduled due to breakdowns—with the maintenance department and report any incidents affecting manufacturing. You will be responsible for receiving and performing quality control on materials, recording production data, managing inventories, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday mornings, with some flexibility depending on production requirements. The contract is temporary for one year. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** High school diploma. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Proficiency in office software. * Knowledge of management software. * Training in skills related to team management. * Professional experience in industrial sector companies. * Experience in supervising operations.
