As a Flexography \- Printing Operator, your main responsibilities will include: * **Machine Setup:** Calibration and configuration of flexographic printing machines, ensuring optimal performance for production. * **Printing Plate Management:** Precise mounting, adjustment, and removal of flexographic printing plates, guaranteeing correct ink transfer and design quality. * **Ink Preparation and Handling:** Mixing and preparation of specialty inks tailored to the specific requirements of each plastic film printing project. * **Printing Process:** Continuous and efficient reel-to-reel printing, maintaining established quality and production standards. * **Quality Control:** Ongoing supervision of the printing process to detect and correct any deviations, ensuring maximum final product quality. * **Basic Maintenance:** Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for printing machinery. * **Workplace Safety:** Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment. * **Process Optimization:** Collaboration in identifying opportunities to improve workflow and printing process efficiency.
