Ensure the conformity and quality of tooling, components, and mechano-welded products by performing visual and dimensional inspections according to standards, as well as certification and review of tooling in accordance with the integrated management system procedures of nem s.l. Main Responsibilities * Visual and dimensional inspection of parts, assemblies, and mechano-welded tooling. * Review of materials upon receipt and supplier certificates (materials, treatments, etc.). * Completion of quality control checklists (100% on prototypes and sampling in series production). * Execution of assembly tests prior to shipments. * Review and recertification of tooling (occasional national travel required). * Generation of certificates and quality control records in the bc system. * Preparation of non-conformance reports and coordination with production, purchasing, and occupational health and safety departments. * Support to technical office (engineering and production) in verification of drawings, material lists, and product specifications. * Occasional support to warehouse (internal distribution, goods receipt, loading and unloading). * Technical communication with customers and suppliers during the certification process. **Working Hours:** **Winter schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 07:30\-16:15 and Friday from 07:30\-14:30. **Summer schedule:** 08:00\-15:00. **Workload:** Full-time **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Minimum Higher Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Metal Structures or equivalent. **Desirable experience in:** * Non-destructive testing (penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing). * Certification or recertification of tooling. * Inspection and validation of prototypes or parts under ISO standards.
