We are expanding our production team and seeking motivated, responsible individuals committed to continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the **production line** for folding boxes and cardboard materials. * **Feed, collect, and inspect** materials on the **folding/gluing machine**. * Place and stack finished products according to quality standards. * Maintain **order and cleanliness** in the work area. * Collaborate with the machine operator team in **adjusting and monitoring machine parameters**. * Comply with **occupational health and safety regulations and risk prevention standards**. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **industrial or graphic arts environments** (experience with **folding machines or packaging equipment** will be especially valued). * Experience as a **production assistant, machine helper, or machine operator** in production plants is desirable. * An **active, responsible, and quality-conscious** individual. * Ability to work **in teams and on rotating shifts**. * Residency in **Navarra or surrounding areas**. * Training or knowledge in **mechanics, industrial production, or basic maintenance** will be an advantage. **We Offer** * **Permanent contract** after the initial period. * On-site technical training provided by the company. * **Full-time position**, with **rotating shifts** (morning/afternoon/night). * Safe industrial environment with a culture of **continuous improvement and prevention**. * Opportunity for career development into **machine operator or line supervisor roles**.
