**About the role** You will perform logistics tasks primarily related to pallet handling between the Converting unit and the warehouse (NIO). If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk. **Job responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure proper inspection of product pallets prior to entry into the IDC. * Collaborate on product loading and warehouse inventory management. * Participate in data entry and reporting generated during operations, promptly communicating any issues identified. * Maintain effective communication during shift handovers (with both outgoing and incoming shifts). * Maintain and optimize order and cleanliness within your work area. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who you are** * Education level: Technical training preferred. * Proven experience as a Logistics Operator, including loading and unloading of goods. * Experience operating forklifts, supported by valid certification (UNE standard). * Integrity and trustworthiness in peer relationships. * Time management skills. **What we offer** * Five-shift work schedule (5th shift). * Integration into the plant’s integrated logistics team. * Company-paid private health insurance.
