The successful candidate will be responsible for the **planning, organization, and control of material and human resources**, ensuring achievement of project objectives related to **quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical and economic planning of assigned projects. * Monitoring and control of technical and economic execution. * Supervision of compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, coordinated with the Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) department. * Resolution of technical and managerial issues arising during construction. * Direct liaison with clients and the Technical Management team. * Issuance and monitoring of certifications for invoicing. * Preparation of billing forecasts. * Periodic reporting on project status. * Leadership and motivation of the team under supervision, promoting teamwork. * Coordination of logistics, supplies, machinery, and subcontractors. Requirements * Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture, or other engineering disciplines. * Basic occupational risk prevention course (60 hours). * Proficiency in management office software (MS Office). * Familiarity with tools such as PRESTO, PROJECT, and AutoCAD. * Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Proactive and reliable individual. * Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across all organizational levels. * Self-confidence and personal assurance. * Precision and attention to detail. * Experience working with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility; highly solution-oriented while maintaining reliability. * Excellent communication skills. * Valid driver’s license. * Local residence.
