




**About the Role** At Essity, safety is our top priority. We are seeking a Safety Specialist for our Allo (Navarre) plant to contribute to achieving the CBN and developing organizational capability to deliver exceptional results (LTA and NM = 0). You will be responsible for implementing safety systems and standards, leading key initiatives, and promoting a safe and sustainable culture. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the plant’s safety reference point. * Communicate the Safety Plan (CBN) and its objectives. * Collaborate with department heads to foster a safety culture. * Conduct safety audits and line presence (CIL, BOS, maintenance). * Lead investigations of near-misses and LTAs, advising on MSRA/JSA-BOS-IHBE. * Implement the roadmap and promote the reapplication of best practices. * Coordinate sessions on machine risk assessment, hazardous energy isolation, and ladder system management. * Drive continuous improvement through internal and external benchmarking. **Who You Are** * Technical education, preferably in engineering. * Specialization in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Fluent English (minimum B2 level). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Skills: teamwork, effective communication, proactivity, autonomy, analytical ability, and leadership. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. **What We Offer** Permanent contract and split working hours.
