Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to feed and operate an automatic tissue paper conversion machine, monitoring process variables and operations. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative and supportive work environment **About the Role** ------------------ You will be responsible for feeding and operating an automatic tissue paper conversion machine to produce finished goods, managing associated facilities and controlling various process variables and operations. If this sounds like you, we would love to speak with you and get to know you. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety regulations. * Ensure product quality meets specifications through periodic testing. * Reject or quarantine products failing to meet specifications. * Execute various standards established within the unit via DDS: SOPs, CILs, Centerlining, specifications, preventive order execution (SAP), etc. * Operate the machine and supervise the process; make adjustments per standards as needed, consulting the Team Leader or Line Leader. * Actively supervise and collaborate during format changes, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them onto the machine according to established standards. * Maintain accurate communication during shift handovers (previous and next shifts). * Ensure and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Participate in data entry and reporting generated during production. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Education level: Technical training preferred * Proven experience as a Production Operator on roll-based production lines * Results-oriented within a continuous production process * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Time management **Additional Information** * Permanent contract with a two-month probationary period * Compensation according to the company’s own collective agreement. * Shift-based work schedule * Integration into the production team * Opportunity for professional development. **What We Offer** At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower people to reach their full potential within a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
