**About the Role** You will be responsible for feeding and operating an automatic tissue paper converting machine to produce finished goods, managing associated facilities, and controlling various process variables and operations. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk and get to know you. **Key Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications through periodic testing. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute all unit-generated standards via DDS: SOPs, CILs, Centerlining, specifications, preventive order execution (SAP), etc. * Operate the machine and monitor the process; make adjustments as required per standards, consulting the Team Leader or Line Leader when necessary. * Actively supervise and collaborate during format changeovers, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them onto the machine according to established standards. * Maintain accurate communication during shift handover (with both outgoing and incoming shifts). * Ensure and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Participate in data entry and reporting generated during production. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Education level: Technical training preferred. * Proven experience as a Production Operator on roll-based production lines. * Results-oriented within a continuous production process. * Functional / technical skills. * Integrity and trustworthiness in peer relationships. * Time management skills. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract with a two-month probationary period. * Compensation based on the company’s own collective agreement. * Shift-based work schedule. * Integration into a productive team. * Opportunities for professional development.
