




**About the role** The Line Leader role in our organization is crucial to achieving the plant’s objectives. This person is responsible for a Functional Unit (a group of production lines) in terms of process and all related aspects: from ensuring the safety of everyone working within it, to delivering the target efficiency of those lines, while also guaranteeing the quality required by our customers, driving continuous improvement of the production process, developing team members, and establishing standards of all kinds. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk. **Key responsibilities** * Leads Safety and Quality investigations following incidents on their lines. * Is an expert in the processes of the lines they lead. * Serves as the primary contact person for the Team Leader regarding issues arising on their lines. * Develops and maintains daily line-monitoring standards: CILs, CLs, COFs, etc. * Collects CLs from their lines for DOM review and initiates corrective actions if necessary. * Reviews the main losses from the previous day and attends DOM meetings with relevant data and proposed actions. * Plans scheduled line stoppages together with the Tech. Leader and Tech. Support. * Delivers required training to line teams based on the defined Skill Matrix. * Acts as Start-Up Leader for small-scale projects. **Who you are** * Fluent spoken and written English is valued – minimum level B2 or equivalent. * Technical education (vocational training modules or engineering degrees) is valued. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. * Effective communication and active listening skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Analytical ability and data-handling skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Teamwork orientation, leadership capability, and influence. **What we offer** Permanent contract.
