The professional will perform comprehensive maintenance tasks both in the workshop environment and on active production lines. Their responsibilities will include using a wide range of manual, electric, and pneumatic tools, such as grinders, air guns, and workshop machinery including pillar drills and lathes. Additionally, they will operate electric welding units to carry out necessary repairs and adjustments. The position entails responsibility for executing scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid failures in industrial equipment and to optimize response times for corrective maintenance interventions, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes. The candidate is also expected to contribute improvement proposals for continuous enhancement of machinery efficiency and service life, while maintaining a detailed record of all activities performed. The work environment is dynamic and requires constant adaptation to new technologies and procedures within the industrial field. A Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) qualification is required in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electrical and Automatic Installations, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Electronic Maintenance, or Automation and Robotics. Solid practical knowledge in mechanics—and especially in industrial electricity and electronics—is essential. Knowledge of PLC programming and operation will be considered a strong asset. A high level of English—both spoken and written—is mandatory, equivalent to C1\. A minimum of two years’ verifiable experience in a similar role performing electromechanical maintenance and welding tasks is required.
