A position is available for a direct care educator, with a full-time temporary contract. The selected candidate will support children, girls, and adolescents in their development, following each individual's personalized educational plan and collaborating with the rest of the professional team. Key responsibilities include collecting information about interventions through a follow-up journal and sharing relevant data during shift changes. You will also be responsible for caring for and protecting minors both inside and outside the facility, identifying their material and emotional needs, and activating appropriate responses to meet those needs. It is essential to serve as an affective reference point, providing an emotionally safe space where each person feels valued and loved. Additionally, you must act as a role model for integrative social behaviors and roles, promoting personal and social autonomy. In the case of foreign minors, aspects such as language acquisition, administrative regularization, sociocommunity integration, and sociolaboral promotion will be addressed. You may also be required to testify in judicial proceedings if necessary. The schedule is rotating, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends; the estimated duration is 5 to 6 months, covering a temporary replacement. **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
