We are currently seeking a Housing Unit Supervisor to join our center located in Navarra, where you will carry out the following responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise housing units. * Manage, coordinate, and supervise your area of operation, ensuring work continuity, optimization of human resources, and professional development. * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and obligations in the center’s daily operations, responding to any incidents that arise. * Manage and supervise the performance of professionals under your supervision, ensuring that the center’s model and care approach aligns with those established by the contracting entity, the technical model, and Grupo 5’s values. * Collaborate with management to prepare various records and reports. * Identify service deficiencies and any situations that could enhance project operations within a quality framework. * Serve as the daily liaison with the center’s public-sector manager (the Director) and communicate obstacles arising from your duties related to the service itself, as well as incidents involving services provided by other companies or personnel. * Report to your functional–hierarchical supervisor (Area Director) any obstacles arising from the performance of your duties. * Supervise the performance of Grupo 5 staff in carrying out their responsibilities. * Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, supporting the design and implementation of objectives while ensuring correct use of resources provided by Grupo 5. * Facilitate and promote the actions of technical staff under your supervision to coordinate with local community services (culture, leisure, community resources, etc.), promoting efforts against stigma.
