DESCRIPTION We are seeking an **Adoption and Change Management Consultant** to lead initiatives that drive the adoption of new technologies among our clients—particularly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem\. Your mission will be to facilitate digital transformation from the human perspective, maximizing the value of technological change through training, effective communication, and strategic planning. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute technology adoption projects with clients across diverse sectors. * Design, plan, and deliver end-user training on digital tools (primarily Microsoft 365\). * Develop adoption support materials: guides, videos, use cases, interactive content, etc. * Identify and communicate relevant use cases that connect technology with real business needs. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to align organizational change objectives. * Apply change management methodologies to support and measure user progress throughout the adoption journey. * Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 tools and solutions (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.). * Support the development of communication and awareness strategies to promote change. * Provide a consultative and strategic perspective focused on improving user experience and process efficiency. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Proven experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital training. * Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem\. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * A consultative approach with strong customer and end-user orientation. * Organizational ability, multitasking capability, and strategic thinking. **Desirable:** * Certification in change management methodologies (PROSCI or others). * Intermediate or advanced level of English. * Experience creating digital content and training materials. * Experience in digital transformation projects within corporate environments. ### **What We Offer** * Opportunity to participate in innovative projects with major clients and real-world technological challenges. * Join a human-centered team of outstanding professionals and even better people—certified as a GREAT PLACE TO WORK. * A dynamic, collaborative, and continuously improving environment. * Access to cutting-edge technologies and ongoing learning opportunities. * Remote work flexibility from anywhere in Spain. * Flexibility, autonomy, and a culture rooted in trust and social impact.
