The selected candidate will collaborate with direct-care educators in implementing Individual Educational Programs, accompanying children, girls, and adolescents during scheduled activities. Their responsibilities will include supporting the achievement of operational objectives, maintaining internal regulations and the basic coexistence framework, as well as performing other duties inherent to educational intervention. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts, including weekend nights, weekday nights, and daytime weekends.
