




We are looking for a nursing professional with experience in comprehensive assessment of new admissions, observing behaviors, habits, and needs to determine the necessary support. Responsibilities include providing nursing care according to medical prescriptions, conducting periodic assessments, and administering treatments. The candidate will be responsible for collecting vital clinical data such as blood pressure, temperature, weight, and glucose level checks, as well as monitoring intake and sleep. Additionally, the candidate will maintain the hygiene and health organization of the area by managing the reception, distribution, and storage of medications and medical supplies. This involves checking expiration dates and maintaining a detailed record of drugs. The correct dispensing of medication will also be reviewed, and any potential issues resolved. Medication will be received and prepared for individual administration or for users to take home. Medical appointments will be coordinated and recorded, including those requested by the medical team as well as primary care and specialist visits, prioritized according to need. Clinical documentation will be recorded both in physical format and in the Resiplus system to ensure communication between shifts. The candidate will collaborate with the medical team in updating medical records and writing nursing process reports. Prescription requests to the pharmacy will also be managed via email, following medical instructions. The position is full-time, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday. The duration of the position is to cover a long-term leave. **Professional experience:** Less than one year **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Officially recognized qualification.
