If you hold a technical qualification, are meticulous with numbers, and seek professional stability and growth in the region, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * **Planning and Supervision:** Organize and lead the technical execution of construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets. * **Economic Control:** Manage production, perform measurements and certifications, and control costs using specialized software. * **Team Management:** Efficiently coordinate internal teams and various trade contractors on site. * **Safety:** Actively supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * **Institutional Relations:** Represent the company before the Technical Management and Property Owners' Associations. Requirements * **Qualification:** Technical Architecture or Building Engineering degree. * **Experience:** Demonstrable prior experience in rehabilitation projects. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **PRESTO** and **AutoCAD**. * **Mobility:** Valid driving license (Class B) and **willingness to travel nationally** when required by projects. * **Soft Skills:** Analytical, methodical, organized individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
